Regulament Blacklist

- se vor putea adăuga pe blacklist jucători de minim level 7, indiferent că fac parte dintr-o facțiune sau sunt civili.
- adăugarea unui jucător pe blacklist se va face de către membrii de rank 4+ și numai pe baza unei dovezi clare care va fi postată pe forum în topicul cu evidența dovezilor pentru blacklist. (sancțiuni: Faction Warn, Rank Down)
- înlăturarea unui jucător de pe blacklist se va face de către membrii de rank 4+ în cazul în care un jucător a fost adăugat greșit, înlăturarea jucătorilor fără motiv fiind sancționată. (sancțiuni: Faction Warn, Rank Down)
- jucătorii aflați pe blacklist pot fi omorâți constant [excepție la departamente] până când plătesc blacklistul, exceptând în Safe Zone și la activități importante precum evenimente, târguri, joburi legale, licitații etc.
- jucătorii pot fi puși pe blacklist cu 1 sau 2 avertismente în funcție de situație.
-- 1 avertisment: jigniri ușoare sau luat la mișto membrul sau facțiunea, încurcarea membrului să-și facă datoria, DM/DB aiurea, kamikaze.
-- 2 avertismente: limbaj vulgar, DM/DB excesiv, deranj excesiv a membrului când și face datoria sau la activități.
- nu se va acorda blacklist la departamente pentru lucruri care se pot sancționa cu wanted.
- se va acorda câte un avertisment pentru fiecare abatere.
- jucătorii cu facțiune aflați pe blacklist au la dispoziție 72 de ore dacă nu au cerere de inactivitate să plătească blacklistul sau vor fi demiși.
- plata blacklistului se face pe website sau direct în joc prin comenzile specifice, fără a acorda respectivii bani unui membru din acea facțiune.
- odată ce plata a fost efectuată jucătorul va fi înlăturat automat de pe blacklist.
- membrii de facțiune care cer sau acceptă bani pentru blacklist în loc să informeze jucătorul să folosească comenzile aferente va fi demis.

Prețuri:

- Level 7-9 (1/2 avertismente) - 3.750$
- Level 7-9 (2/2 avertismente) - 7.500$

- Level 10-15 (1/2 avertismente) - 7.500$
- Level 10-15 (2/2 avertismente) - 15.000$

- Level 16+ (1/2 avertismente) - 15.000$
- Level 16+ (2/2 avertismente) - 30.000$

Blacklist Rules

- the blacklist will contain players with a minimum level of 7, no matter if they are faction members or civilians.
- adding a player on the blacklist can be done by rank 4+ members based on proofs that will be posted on the forum in the appropriate topic for the blacklist. (punishments: Faction Warn, Rank Down)
- removing a player from the blacklist can be done by rank 4+ members when the player was wrongly added, removing a player without proper reason will be punished. (punishments: Faction Warn, Rank Down)
- players on the blacklist can be killed constantly [except department members] until they pay the blacklist, excepting Safe Zones and important activities like events, gatherings, legal jobs, auctions, etc.
- players on the blacklist can receive 1 or 2 warnings depending on the situation.
-- 1 warning: light offenses or mocking the member or the faction, disturbing the member when doing his duty, DM/DB with no reason, kamikaze.
-- 2 warnings: vulgar language, excessive DM/DB, excessively disturbing the member when doing his duty or at activities.
- department blacklist will not be given for things that can be punished with wanted.
- players will receive a warning for each offence.
- faction members on the blacklist have 72 hours if they don't have an inactivity request to pay the blacklist or get dismissed.
- paying the blacklist can be done on the website or directly in game with the correct commands, without having to pay a member of that faction.
- once the payment has been made the player will automatically get removed from the blacklist.
- faction members that ask or accept money for the blacklist instead of informing the player to use the correct commands will get dismissed.
