Dorim să vă informăm că sistemul de ticket este acum LIVE și poate fi folosit accesând butonul  din bara de meniu a forumului sau accesând adresa https://forum.b-zone.ro/support/

 

Înainte de a deschide un ticket asigurați-vă că selectați departamentul corect și că citiți informațiile specificate la fiecare departament. Fiecare departament are un nume specific, așadar nu ar trebui să aveți probleme în a selecta departamentul corect. Dacă cumva greșiți departamentul nu va fi o problemă prea mare deoarece adminii pot muta ticketul la departamentul corect.

 

 

Ca o ultimă mențiune, persoanele care deschid multiple ticketuri aiurea vor fi sancționate cu warn sau suspend pe o perioadă nedeterminată pe forum.

Before opening a ticket make sure you select the correct department and read all the specific information for that department. Each department has a specific name, so it shouldn't be hard to choose the right one. If somehow you choose the wrong department this won't be a problem as admins can move the ticket to the correct department.

 



 

As a last specification, people that open multiple wrong tickets will be punished with warn or suspend indefinitely on the froum.

Dau un mic bump acestui topic deoarece deși am implementat acest sistem de ticket pentru a eficientiza munca noastră, sunt încă o grămadă de utilizatori care încă încearcă să ne caute prin PM-uri. Vă anunț că nu veți reuși să faceți asta.

 

Dacă aveți o problemă care nu încalcă regulile menționate direct în sistemul de ticket atunci puteți deschide un ticket ca să discutăm despre respectiva problemă. Dacă problemele voastre încalcă regulile menționate acolo, atunci cu părere de rău dar nu avem cu ce să vă ajutăm.
