hello . I have in my account all bronze skins (proofs) . and I bought this olive crate . and he told me that I have all bronze skins but it didn't gave me another one and I lost the crate . (proof)

The system is complete. You have a certain chance of getting bronze, silver or platinum skins (https://wiki.b-zone.ro/index.php?title=Alte_sisteme:Crates/en).

 

If you already have all skins of a certain type and your luck is for the system to choose a skin from that category you will not receive it as you already own them all. It would be unfair to receive skins from a higher category if you won one from a lower one.

 

You should take this into consideration when buying such crates in the future.
