Most likely you get desync because of the speed of the internet, there can be no bug or problem with the server because no one has this problem.

But i plas here 6 years and never had this problem.. I have good internet how to fix ?

Try to make a video when that bug happens to you, so it's much easier to figure out what the problem is.

Also try removing mods if you have any installed, as some of them might also cause such issues.

This doesn't seem like a bug on our end.
