Description of the bug: the quest give impossible tasks to pd members such as give free in jail  or sellguns  or to go rob while in the update discription it says that tasks will be gived according to the faction of the player , this must be fixed to give all players equal chance to be one of the first 5 players to complete 100 quest. Thank you !
