Hello sir ,I didn't able to start the 3rd stage of quests . Whenever I goes there and press Y it says you have already started the quests but I didn't get any checkpoint please help.

This is because you are using an unofficial phone client which doesn't support the type of markers we are using for that quest. This is not a bug from us, but from the client you are using.
