What are the requirements for a faction leader selection ?

Hi! Minimum r4+ in the same faction, some hours 1 hours at least every day and level 35 on account, But that depends on what are the minimum requirements that will be made by the admins (manager) so yeah just make some hours, rank 4 and wait for the luck
