Description: How it's possible to advance in a task but still having 0/60 KM? If I'll advance in progress, it must be more or better than the older value, right?

Did you manage to complete that task? It might just be a text problem.

It does that when you nearly pass the next stage which I guess was 5KM, shortly if you move forward, not backwards nor standing still but if you run forward, it will pass to 5/60 and so on, it is a momentum visual glitch

That text appears whenever you advance, even if its not a visible advancement, that text rounds up your kilometer value, so if its 0.5/60 it will show only 0. 

Not considering this as a bug.
