➢  Pentru a depune o aplicație pe website, un jucător are nevoie de nivel 15, skill 5 la jobul 'Detectiv', să fie civil și să nu aibă Faction Punish (FP).

 

Dacă aplică cu skill mai mic și

  • își dă interesul să atingă skill 5 cât timp aplicația este în așteptarea răspunsului, liderul îi va acorda timpul necesar.
  • nu își dă interesul să atingă skill 5 cât timp aplicația este în așteptarea răspunsului, liderul îi va respinge aplicația.
     

 

➢  [1] Activitate (ore necesare)

  • De câte ore reale am nevoie?
  • Nu ai nevoie de ore reale nici în luna actuală, nici în lunile trecute.

 

Considerăm că apartenența la o facțiune motivează jucătorul să fie mai activ decât în calitate de civil. De asemenea, membrii nou-veniți sunt scutiți în primele 30 de zile de orele jucate (reale) obligatorii, lucru care permite organizarea programului pentru a dedica, mai departe, suficient timp facțiunii.

 

 

➢  [2] Istoric facțiuni & teste picate

  • Am nevoie de rang 3 ca în alte departamente?
  • Nu ai nevoie de rang anterior. Poți să nici nu ai facțiuni în Faction History până în prezent.
     
  • Dacă am picat recent un test, ce se întâmplă?
  • Dacă ai picat recent un test (SFPD sau alt departament), nu-i nimic, mai poți primi câteva șanse.

 

Totuși, după o serie de teste picate în ultima perioadă – atât în SFPD, cât și în alte departamente – care denotă dezinteres din partea jucătorului, acesta nu va mai primi nicio șansă în SFPD în viitorul apropiat.

 

 

➢  [3] Sancțiuni & comportament

  • Dacă am primit orice sancțiune în ultima perioadă, sunt respins automat?
  • Nu, ci depinde de gravitatea faptei.

 

Un jucător care a primit în ultimele 60 de zile o sancțiune de la un administrator pentru o faptă minoră poate primi o șansă în SFPD. 

 

Exemple fapte minore:

  • moduri interzise cu impact minim ori inexistent asupra altor jucători;
  • abuz de buguri cu impact minim ori inexistent asupra altor jucători;
  • autoclicker și alte asemenea, când durata ban-ului este de o zi.

 

Un jucător care a primit în ultimele 60 de zile o sancțiune de la un administrator pentru o faptă gravă nu poate primi o șansă în SFPD.

 

Exemple fapte grave: 

  • afaceri ilegale;
  • coduri;
  • moduri interzise cu impact major asupra altor jucători;
  • abuz de buguri cu impact major asupra altor jucători;
  • autoclicker și alte asemenea, când durata ban-ului depășește o zi;
  • înșelătorie ori șantaj;
  • limbaj vulgar;
  • comportament non-rp sau forme grave de deranj;
  • abuz de comenzi;
  • falsificare dovezi;
  • distribuire date personale;
  • distribuire link-uri phishing;
  • spargere conturi;
  • posthunting;
  • toxicitate.

 

Dacă în aceeași sesiune aplică un jucător cu sancțiune recentă pentru o faptă minoră și altul cu sancțiune recentă pentru o faptă gravă, iar cel cu fapta gravă este respins, va trebui respins și cel cu fapta minoră, deoarece ambele fapte se situează în aceeași perioadă.

 

Pentru limbaj și toxicitate sunt luate în considerare și reclamațiile unde limbajul nu este sancționat prin prevederile regulamentelor serverului, deși este considerabil de ofensator. (aplicabil și pentru alte forme de toxicitate decât prin limbaj)

 

 

➢  [4] Aplicație

  • Cum trebuie să-mi fie aplicația?
  • Să fie scrisă integral de tine.
     
  • Pot copia de la altcineva?
  • Nu ai voie să copiezi de la altcineva.
     
  • Pot copia din aplicații mai vechi ale mele?
  • Ai voie să copiezi din aplicații ale tale mai vechi, cu condiția să fie scrise de tine.
     
  • Pot folosi instrumente precum inteligența artificială?
  • Nu poți folosi instrumente de acest fel.

 

De asemenea, se poate trece cu vederea neîndeplinirea anumitor praguri de caractere câtă vreme aplicația în sine arată că ai depus efort, nu ai scris răspunsuri mult prea scurte și nu ți-ai bătut joc.

 

 

➢  [4.1] Modelul aplicației și câteva precizări

 

#1. Interval orar de joc

 

#2. Vârsta și biografia reală în minim 300 de caractere 

 

#3. Sancțiuni primite (vizibile în log) și explicația ta pentru ele
 

#4. În minim 200 de caractere: de ce dorești să te alături nouă și ce așteptări ai de la facțiune, cât și de la lider

 

#5. În minim 200 de caractere: ce obiective ai în SFPD și cât timp ai dori să rămâi cu noi

 

#6. Link-ul contului tău de forum. Dacă deja îl ai setat pe website, lasă un „N/A” în acest câmp

#7. Alte informații folositoare pentru lider (ex. conturi secundare)

Mare atenție la CONTURI SECUNDARE. Dacă jucătorul are conturi pe care a folosit părți din aplicația depusă în prezent la SFPD, fără a menționa aceste conturi, liderul va avea obligația de a-l respinge.

 

#8. DA sau NU: Poți susține testul de intrare în limba engleză dacă testerul atribuit nu cunoaște limba română?

Deoarece SFPD se bucură și de implicarea membrilor străini în sectorul testelor de intrare, dorim ca aplicanții români să ne comunice dacă sunt apți să susțină cu aceștia testele de intrare în limba engleză, fiind singura pe care testerii străini o cunosc foarte bine.

 

Candidații sunt rugați să răspundă cât se poate de sincer: DA sau NU.

 

 

➢  [5] Excepții

 

Aceste criterii sunt general valabile pentru toate sesiunile de recrutare, iar liderul poate face excepții când consideră de cuviință.

 

 

➢  [6] Răspunsul aplicațiilor

 

Conform regulamentului, fiecare aplicație depusă trebuie să primească răspuns în 5 zile. Aplicanții sunt rugați să nu insiste cu întrebări de tipul „Când răspunzi la aplicații?; Poți vorbi cu liderul să-mi verifice aplicația?”, căci de la un anumit punct al insistențelor liderul va avea dreptul de a-i respinge. Mulțumim pentru răbdare și înțelegere!

 

După ce liderul analizează aplicațiile, el sau un sublider va posta în acest topic candidații acceptați și câteva informații utile lor.

 

REZUMAT

Poți fi acceptat chiar dacă:

  • nu ai ore reale în ultima perioadă
  • nu ai ranguri anterioare în faction history
  • ai picat câteva teste anterioare în departamente
  • ai primit sancțiuni de la admini pentru fapte minore (citește secțiunea 3)
  • ai scris aplicația de unul singur (fără copiat de la altcineva și fără inteligență artificială)

PS: Skill 5 la jobul 'Detectiv' rămâne obligatoriu.

We believe that belonging to a faction motivates the player to be more active than as a civilian. Also, new members are exempt from the mandatory (real) playing hours for the first 30 days, which allows for organizing the schedule to dedicate enough time to the faction.

 

 

➢  [2] Faction history & tests failed

  • Do I need rank 3 like in other departments?
  • You don't need a previous rank. You can even have no factions in Faction History so far.
     
  • If I recently failed a test, what happens?
  • If you recently failed a test (SFPD or another department), it's okay, you can still get a few more chances.

 

However, after a series of failed tests recently – both in SFPD and in other departments – that indicate disinterest on the part of the player, he will not get any more chances in SFPD in the near future.

 

 

➢  [3] Sanctions & behavior

  • If I have received any sanctions recently, am I automatically rejected?
  • No, it depends on the severity of the offense.

 

A player who has received a sanction from an administrator for a minor offense in the last 60 days can receive a chance in SFPD.

 

Examples of minor offenses:

  • prohibited mods with minimal or no impact on other players;
  • abuse of bugs with minimal or no impact on other players;
  • autoclicker and the like, when the ban duration is one day.

 

A player who has received a sanction from an administrator for a serious offense in the last 60 days cannot receive a chance in SFPD.

 

Examples of serious offenses:

  • illegal business;
  • cheats;
  • prohibited mods with a major impact on other players;
  • abuse of bugs with a major impact on other players;
  • autoclicker and the like, when the ban duration exceeds one day;
  • scams or blackmail;
  • vulgar language;
  • non-rp behavior or severe forms of disruption;
  • abuse of commands;
  • falsification of evidence;
  • distribution of personal data;
  • distribution of phishing links;
  • hacking accounts;
  • posthunting;
  • toxicity.

 

If a player with a recent sanction for a minor offense and another with a recent sanction for a serious offense apply in the same session, and the player with the serious offense is rejected, the player with the minor offense will also have to be rejected because both sanctions are in the same period of time.

 

For language and toxicity, complaints are also taken into account where the language is not sanctioned by the provisions of the server's regulations, although it is considerably offensive. (also applicable to other forms of toxicity than through language)

  • What should my app be like?
  • It should be written entirely by you.
     
  • Can I copy from someone else?
  • You are not allowed to copy from someone else.
     
  • Can I copy from my older apps?
  • You are allowed to copy from your older apps, as long as they are written by you.

  • You are not allowed to use tools like that.

 

Also, not meeting certain character thresholds can be overlooked as long as the application itself shows that you have made an effort, you have not written answers that are too short and you have not made fun of yourself.

#1. Playing hour interval

 

#2. Age and real biography in at least 300 characters

 

#3. Punishments received (visible in the log) and your explanation for them

 

#4. In at least 200 characters: why do you wish to join us and what are your expectations from the faction, as well as from the leader

 

#5. In at least 200 characters: what are your objectives in SFPD and how long do you plan to stay with us

 

#6. Your forum account link. If you already have set it on the website, leave a "N/A" in this field

#7. Other useful information for the leader (e.g. secondary accounts)
Pay close attention to SECONDARY ACCOUNTS. If the player has accounts on which he used parts of the application currently submitted to SFPD, without mentioning these accounts, the leader will be obliged to reject him.

 

#8. YES or NO: Can you take the entrance test in English if the assigned tester does not know Romanian?

(Foreign applicants are kindly asked to skip this question by leaving a “N/A” below; thank you!)

Since SFPD also enjoys the involvement of foreign members in the entrance testing sector, we would like Romanian applicants to let us know if they are able to take the entrance tests with them in English, which is the only language that foreign testers know very well.

 

Candidates are asked to answer as honestly as possible: YES or NO.

 

 

➢  [5] Exceptions

 

These criteria are generally valid for all recruitment sessions, and the leader can make exceptions when he sees fit.

 

 

➢  [6] Answering the applications

 

According to the regulations, each submitted application must receive a response within 5 days. Applicants are asked not to insist with questions like "When do you respond to applications?; Can you talk to the leader to check my application?", because at a certain point of insistence, the leader will have the right to reject them. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

 

After the leader reviews the apps, he or a co-leader will post in this topic the accepted candidates and a couple useful pieces of information for them.

 

SUMMARY

You can be accepted even if:

  • you have no real hours recently
  • you have no previous ranks in faction history
  • you have failed a few entry tests in departments recently
  • you have been punished by admins for minor offenses (read section 3)
  • you have written your application by yourself (no copying from others and no use of artificial intelligence)

PS: Skill 5 in the 'Detective' job remains mandatory.

  • Aveți 72 ore, din momentul primirii răspunsului pe website, să susțineți testul cu orice tester disponibil.
    • Pe colegii de clan și alianță nu aveți voie să-i contactați, iar nicio metodă de a ocoli regula nu va funcționa.
    • Dacă pe [/testers] nu găsiți pe nimeni, iar la mesaje și apeluri nu primiți răspuns, recomandăm să folosiți pagina „members” de pe website. Dați clic pe profilul unui Tester și în dreapta veți găsi acest buton albastru, care vă va duce către contul său de forum, urmând doar să-i scrieți un mesaj privat.

 

  • Dacă doriți un tutorial, puteți accesa „Ghidul începătorului” (◀  clic pe el). Acesta nu este obligatoriu pentru test, însă îl recomandăm — mai ales capitolul I. Rang 1 (ofițer) — spre a trece cu bine prin proba practică.
