Ryder mission bugs

Hi all , as you can see on video i finished first chaptter of ryder in 12:23 and i was not able to start it untill 16:23

but i can start it in 13:56 az you can see in screens

 this is the first bug that we can start Ryder mission too much soon , but the secound bug is : every time is start the Ryder quest its not going to next chaptter , i can only play chappter one
