Unfair ban

So, it has been long ago since i last played the roleplay server (months and months) and i just connected again. Though i forgot my password and i was trying some possibilities. after 6 times trying, i reconnected again with a new username and it says my IP is banned. So please, can i be unbanned and, is there some way to change or recover my password? Thank you.

You can change your password one you are able to log on the account. If you cannot recover your password try sending a PM to Alexander or Andrei on the forum.
