Surrendered, but still i was killed. ADMIN!

Here's the deal:

 

I am new to this game and don't really know what to do, so i started as a truck driver. This was soon very boring and i decided to get my own car. In my search i accidentely clicked "f" right beside a policecar and got a star. Later (didn't know that the police could see the star and therefore didn't take it so serious), i continued my search. Thats when i found a good car, and stole it. I managed to escape with the car in my hands but got six stars wanted level right away. This is understandable of course. But now i am frustraded since i tried to surrender and got lured into a trap. The policeman (named Costynho) told me to enter the policecar and so i did. Then he shot me!

 

Now i have lost 10.000$ and got 5500 seconds left in jail. Can a admin do something about this?

 

Maybe i'm not the only one he did this to, if not post replies here for proof!

When you have wanted level ( 1 star or more ) and you run away from the police using a vehicle you get the wanted for 'RUNNER', which is 6 stars, and you lose your right to surrender. This is why the officer didn't arrest you.
