Well, for being a taxi driver you need to be minimum level 5.

Moiz is absolutely rite.Do u remember that i too was a taxi driver b4.The leader is a good and kind person,if u get accepted and in the test if u struggle a little he will give u little hints.But if u dont know a single thing he will not /invite u.btw gud luck!

When you reach level 5 you can make an application for Taxi Cab Company. Use the link Moiz gave you, read their rules and learn them, make an application, and maybe, just maybe, you will get accepted.
