For any faction you can trasnalte the application using Google Translate from Romanian to English. This is what I use for translating everything like applications, rules, news and info etc.

 

Google Translate does not work perfectly because it is just a robot translating things for you. But you usually understand everything. If it said "Fire Paramedic rules know?" Then you can easily understand that it means, "Do you know the rules of Fireman Paramedic?"

 

After translation it can be all messed up so you can correct it yourself! You have to just make sure that the leader would be able to understand it.
