i was in a car , then i parked near the LSPD and an officer asked me to show my licenses . i showed him and then he gave me 4 stars wanted and the reason was on romanian can you translate me why?

2. You were having guns without license.If you have guns without license we give you 3 star wanted (Doesn't matters that you are already wanted)
