Copy/Paste? Police Department isn't the same thing with FBI.

Leader of a faction is very hard, it's the hardest job really! For leader you need quite a few requirements:

 

• Knowing full Romanian

• Level 20+

• Good money for salary

• Respect

• Activeness on forum and server

• You being able to co-operate

• Working in a team

 

And more! It's quite hard being a leader.... The Taxi Cab Company application looks like its closed right now, when its open you can apply. If you get accepted and you pass the test you will start with Rank 1 (Trainee) and then after 2 weeks you are most likely to get Rank 2 (Taxi Rookie.) After a good amount of time in Taxi you could be promoted Rank 3 (Cabbie.) Then when you get to Rank 4 you will be able to test players, just like ZuZu, DienutZa would have tested you.

 

So it's safe to say, your not going to be a leader. People with level 60+ aren't leaders, they probably never have had a chance to be a leader.
