problem with rent house

i rent a house near pay and spray and its rent a hour only 1$ and in the paydyay its tell me -5,000 that its problem here the pic

I think the problem is in the house owner. Before the payday he changed the house rent to 5000$ and quickly after payday he changed it back to 1$. A lot of players do like that, and make money from this.

The owner of the house sets rent to 5.000$ at the time xx:59 then after pay day and put the rent at 1$. Or is a bug, but I think that the owner sets the rent that he can`t make money.
