How to recover your password!

 

Having problems logging on to your in-game account? Read this tutorial, this will help anyone and will possibly help with less new topics in our English Forum!

 

1. Go to this website

http://www.b-zone.ro/rpg/

2. On the top right there is a button that says "Recover Password."

3. Now, enter in your in-game username and your E-Mail address you registered your username with.

4. Click "Submit"

5. Check your E-Mails, there will be an E-Mail from "noreply@b-zone.ro" or something like that.

6. It will show you your new password, enter that on in-game.

7. As soon as you have logged in, type "/changepass"

8. Change your password to either your old one/a new one.

9. Done! Now you can log in with the password you have just set it to!

Troubleshooting;

 

• My E-Mail is not in my Inbox folder! What should I do?

- Check your Spam box, if it is not there then do the whole prosess again. If it does not work, PM an admin (Bobo, Alexander, Andrei, Spawn or Gabb.)

 

• I forgot my E-Mail address/I forgot my E-Mail address's password! What should I do?

- Again, PM either Alexander, Andrei, Bobo, Spawn or Gabb and they will do something about it.

 

• None of the admins are replying to my PM's.. help?!

- Be patient, send 1 PM a week or something, they're admins, they get tonnes and tonnes of PM's a week!

 

• I'm putting my right E-Mail in, but it's still not working! What should I do?!

- Talk to an Admin Probably Level 3+, so Kaiac, xtypE etc. and they will change your in-game E-Mail address as @hotmail does not work!

Good work man..But there is something you must add.While someone will try to recover his password and he will press submit and an error comes up it would probably be because of the wrong type of his email.For example if he has @hotmail and not @yahoo he will not be able to recover his pass and he must talk to an admin to change his email.I advise you to add this because i had this problem and many other players too! Btw + from me

I dindn't fail.. i had @hotmail and it wasn't working..I talked with Kaiac and he change my email to @yahoo.After that i could recover my pass.!! i never fail xD

I agree with this. It's very important to check the Spam folder if there is nothing in your inbox. A few days ago, I filled in the' B-zone Password Recover' website like 5 times until I realized it could be in my spam box.. and there they were! 5 emails from B.Zone about my generated password in my Spam folder. I PM'ed an admin for nothing!

I agree with this. It's very important to check the Spam folder if there is nothing in your inbox.
