Se pare că o banală discuție pe chatul facțiunii a fost capabilă să dea naștere unei idei suficient de bune pentru a o pune în aplicare. Aceasta constă într-un convoi al camionagiilor, care ne bucurăm să vă anunțăm că va avea loc în viitorul foarte apropiat. Mai jos găsiți toate detaliile relevante:

Regulament

 

Șoferii camioanelor vor fi numiți în continuare „participanți”, iar acțiunea lor de a conduce va fi numită „participare”.

Observații:

• Știm că proprietarii de camion personal nu pot munci cu acesta. Nu e nicio problemă. Pot să se plimbe împreună cu noi, însă vor avea din start trei dezavantaje:
  • lipsa autoatașării semiremorcii
  • lipsa infinității combustibilului
  • lipsa câștigului financiar din livrări

 

• Ar fi ideal să nu folosim chatul facțiunii, [/r], pentru a discuta cu privire la acest convoi. Nu dorim să deranjăm colegii sau să facem spam, încălcând regulamentul intern. Din acest motiv, organizatorii vor stabili o frecvență pe stația emisie-recepție pentru participanți.

Looks like an apparently petty discussion on the faction chat actually gave birth to an idea that’s good enough to not end up ignored. This consists of a truck convoy, which we’re delighted to let you know it’s taking place very soon. All relevant details below:

Rules

 

Truck drivers will be referred to as “participants”, and their act of driving will be referred to as “participation”.

Remarks:

• We’re aware that working with personal trucks is impossible. No problem. Their owners can drive alongside us, but having three disadvantages from the start:
  • automatic attachment of the trailer won’t work
  • fuel won’t be infinite
  • no money will be earned

 

• It would be ideal that we don’t use the faction chat, [/r], for convoy-related stuff, as we don’t want to spam or disturb our colleagues, breaking the internal regulation. As such, organisers will establish a walkie-talkie frequence to be used by participants.

Urmare a sondajului derulat pe serverul de discord al facțiunii, vom participa — vineri, 26 IV, de la ora 19:00 a României — la filtrul rutier propus de LSPD pe raza autostrăzii care leagă LS de LV. Prezența este opțională.

 

Pentru recompensarea corectă a participanților din partea SFPD, vă rog să prezentați:

• o poză de grup bine organizată la început;
• o poză sau mai multe pe parcurs care să confirme participarea și nu doar prezența pentru foarte puțin timp;
• o poză de grup bine organizată la sfârșit.

 

Puteți alege cine se va ocupa de asta; nu e necesar să le faceți toți.

Dacă doriți videoclip(uri), se poate și așa.

Following the poll run on the faction’s discord server, we will participate — Friday, 26 IV, starting at 19:00 (RO time zone) — in the road filter proposed by LSPD on the highway connecting LS to LV. Attendance is optional.

 

For the fair reward of the participants on behalf of SFPD, please provide:

VECHI: 8.3: Înainte de a pune radar într-o anumită zonă trebuie să întrebați de 3 ori pe [/d] dacă zona este liberă, iar dacă zona nu este din orașul vostru să cereți permisiunea unui rank 4+ pe [/d]. Dacă nu primiți răspuns sau sunteți refuzat trebuie să așteptați 5 minute pană la următoarea cerere. 8.3.1: Sunteți obligați să aveți dovezi cu privire la acordul primit. În caz că nu aveți, se va considera că ați pus fără acord și veți primi Faction Warn. 8.3.2: Dacă un rank mai mic de 4 vă oferă dreptul de a pune radar în alt oraș, o veți face pe propria răspundere, putând fi sancționați ca și cum n-ați avea dovadă pentru radar.     NOU: 8.3: Înainte de a pune radar într-o anumită zonă trebuie să întrebați de 3 ori pe [/d], cu minim 10 secunde între ele, dacă zona este liberă, iar dacă zona nu este din orașul vostru să cereți permisiunea unui rank 4+ din acel oraș, pe [/d]. Dacă nu primiți niciun răspuns, după 1 minut puteți amplasa radarul. Dacă sunteți refuzat (cu un motiv întemeiat) trebuie să așteptați 5 minute până la următoarea cerere. 8.3.1: Sunteți obligați să aveți dovezi cu privire la acordul primit sau în lipsa acestuia, cu acele 3 întrebări pe [/d]. The internal regulation has been updated as follows:

 

OLD: 8.3: Before setting up a radar in a certain area, you have to ask whether it’s free or not for 3 times on [/d] AND if the area is not in your main city, you have to ask for the permission of a rank 4+ from that city on [/d]. If you do not get an answer or your request is rejected, you have to wait 5 minutes before asking again. 8.3.1: You are required to have evidence of the agreement (permission) you have received from the city’s department. In case you do not have it, we will consider you have set the radar with no permission and you will receive a Faction Warn. 8.3.2: If a member with a rank lower than 4 gives you the right to put radar in another city, you will put it on your own responsibility, being sanctioned as if you had no evidence of radar.     NEW: 8.3: Before placing a radar in a specific area, you must ask 3 times on [/d], with a minimum of 10 seconds between each, if the area is clear. If the area is not within your city, you must request permission from a rank 4+ member from that city on [/d]. If you don't receive an answer, you may place the radar after 1 minute. If you are refused (with a valid reason), you must wait 5 minutes before making another request. 8.3.1: You are required to have evidence of the agreement received or, in its absence, with those 3 inquiries on [/d]. If you do not have it, you will be sanctioned with Faction Warn. 8.3.2: If a rank lower than 4 grants you the right to place a radar in another city, ignore it and continue to ask on [/d] until you accumulate 3 requests; otherwise, you risk being penalized as if you did not have evidence for the radar.

Regulamentul general al departamentelor a fost actualizat după cum urmează:

 

NOU: 8.1.7 Este interzisa plasarea radarului in zonele unde acesta este obstructionat de diferite texturi ale jocului, cum ar fi pereti, poduri, etc. Radarul nu poate fi plasat nici sub, nici deasupra acestor structuri (sanctiune: Faction Warn).   10.1.4 Politistii nu au voie sa sanctioneze contraventional organizatorii/ajutoarele de evenimente pentru incalcarea regulilor de circulatie in timpul desfasurarii evenimentelor pe server. Aceasta exceptie este valabila pe durata evenimentului. Tastati comanda [/event] pentru a verifica daca suspectul vostru este parte din echipa de organizare a vreunui eveniment (sanctiune: Faction Warn).     AJUSTAT: 13.2.5 Daca un jucator intervine in urmarirea unui suspect (atacand politistul cu pumnii, lasand masina pe politist, atacandu-l de aproape cu arma sau omorand suspectul cu wanted dupa ce acesta a fost somat sa se predea), acesta va primi Wanted 6 complice fara somatii.   19.3 In cazuri speciale se poate acorda Faction Punish 60 si membrilor care au peste 2 saptamani in factiune. membrii banati pentru coduri sau moduri grave interzise a caror durata e de 30 de zile, vor fi demisi intotdeauna cu FP 60/60. membrii cu interdictie care reusesc cumva sa intre intr-o factiune vor fi demisi intotdeauna cu FP 60/60. membrii care abuzeaza de functie (isi ofera singuri licentele inainte de-a fi demisi, dau multiple news-uri intentionat aiurea, etc.) vor fi demisi intotdeauna cu FP 60/60 cat si banati 14 zile pentru acest lucru. membrii care fraudeaza aplicatiile factiunii (aplica de pe secundare cu scopul de a forta inchiderea aplicatiilor pentru prieteni, isi pun prietenii sa aplice tot cu acelasi scop sau alte astfel de situatii - sanctiunea se ofera indiferent de factiunea din care faceti parte, chiar daca nu corespunde cu cea unde fraudati, pe toate conturile unde sunteti membru de factiune).

Daca nu se conformeaza, civili vor fi sanctionati cu wanted pentru Neconformare Ordin. In cazul in care aveti spatiu in vehicul, acestia vor fi somati sa se predea. In cazul in care nu exista spatiu, vor fi somati din nou de 3 ori pe [/m] sa elibereze spatiul din apropierea vehiculului iar daca nu se conformeaza pot fi omorati cu wantedul pe care-l au.

Rapoartele de activitate în intervalul 2-15 septembrie vor fi înjumătățite de Kelton pe la începutul zilei de luni. Cei care intră mai târziu în facțiune vor avea raportul obișnuit.     [Bonus din partea mea] În același interval, toate vehiculele terestre de rang 2 și 3 vor fi setate la rang 1, însemnând: PD NRG-500, Ranger, Infernus. Duminică, 22 septembrie, va avea loc un Quiz alcătuit din 30 de întrebări din regulile polițiștilor (regulamentul general al departamentelor, regulamentul PD și wanted & ticket list), care ar dura în total cam 15 minute, cu prezență opțională.   Reguli (insist să le citiți, deoarece nu vom repeta în joc) Spoiler Din momentul afișării întrebării, veți avea 10 secunde pentru a răspunde. Doar prima variantă va fi luată în considerare, deci nu va avea rost să vă corectați răspunsul după ce l-ați greșit.   Punctaj: 1 pentru primul răspuns corect 0,5 pentru al doilea răspuns corect 0,5 pentru al treilea răspuns corect   La final, primii 3 cu cele mai multe puncte vor primi următoarele: locul 1: raport opțional (setat oricând dorești) + permisiunea de a purta orice skin al facțiunii (doar săptămâna următoare) + $250.000 locul 2: raport înjumătățit (setat oricând dorești) + permisiunea de a purta orice skin al facțiunii (doar săptămâna următoare) + $150.000 locul 3: permisiunea de a purta orice skin al facțiunii (doar săptămâna următoare) + $100.000 În caz de egalitate, vom pune o întrebare de departajare dintre cele de la început (1-10).     IMPORTANT Dacă avem și participanți străini, vom aplica următorul plan spre a se bucura toată lumea de această activitate: întrebările vor fi postate în engleză și în română, în același timp din moment ce ei întâmpină întârzieri la primirea/ trimiterea mesajelor, vom ține atât un top al primilor 3 români care răspund corect, cât și unul al primilor 3 străini care răspund corect, iar la sfârșit vom extrage din ambele topuri pe cei 3 participanți cu cele mai multe puncte, desemnând astfel câștigătorii Quiz-ului deoarece singura problemă este că primul străin ar putea mult mai târziu să copieze răspunsul corect dat de români înaintea lui și să primească 1p întreg în topul străinilor, acesta va primi 0,9p, însă dacă el este primul/ al doilea/ al treilea participant care răspunde corect, va primi 1p (indiferent de caz, următorii doi străini vor primi tot 0,5)   Cei prezenți suficient de mult vor avea numărul misiunilor necesare promovării redus cu 1.    Ne vedem la ora 22:00 și vom începe la 22:05.

Only the first option will be taken into account, so there is no point in correcting your answer after you have got it wrong.   Scoring: 1 for the first correct answer 0,5 for the second correct answer 0,5 for the third correct answer In the end, the top 3 with the most points will receive the following: 1st place: optional report (set whenever you want) + permission to wear any faction skin (next week only) + $250,000 2nd place: halved report (set whenever you want) + permission to wear any faction skin (next week only) + $150.000 3rd place: permission to wear any faction skin (next week only) + $100.000 In case of a tie, there will be a tie-breaker question from the early ones (1-10).   IMPORTANT If we also have foreign participants, we will implement the following plan for everyone to enjoy this activity: questions will be posted in English and Romanian at the same time since they encounter delays when receiving/ sending messages, we will keep both a top of the first 3 Romanians who answer correctly and a top of the first 3 foreigners who answer correctly, and at the end we will draw from both tops the 3 participants with the most points, thus designating the winners of the Quiz since the only problem is that the first foreigner could much later copy the correct answer given by Romanians ahead of him and get a whole 1p in the foreigners top, he will get 0,9p, and if he is the first/ second/ third participant to answer correctly, he will get 1p (in either case, the next two foreigners will still get 0,5) Those present long enough will have the number of missions needed for promotion reduced by 1.      See you at 22:00 (server time) and we’ll start at 22:05.
