Zww
what to do after this ? http://imgur.com/ztu63gq It seems like you don't have a graphics driver installed. Is the Windows 10 genuine or is it just a copy downloaded of the internet? Also, did SA-MP work before you installed Windows 10?

Zww
Right click on gta_sa.exe, then click properties, then go to compatibility, tick the box that says run this program in compatibility mode for: and choose XP, then apply & ok. If there are two windows XP's then try both.

Gisele
also i want to tell you that before i installed Win 10 it worked fine for me Then isn't it pretty obvious that Windows 10 is the cause of the problem? It's most likely that Windows 10 is not yet stable for SAMP/GTA:SA. Try running SAMP in Windows 7/8 Compatibility Mode.
