1. Go to your control panel.
2. Go to small icons (up in right corner).
3. Press your graphic cards control panel.
4. Press resolution.
5. Uncheck only use tv resolution!

@ , yes i have

@@Zww , yes it did work and i have activated windows 10 , i updated from microsoft site

 

Hmmm, try deleting the 'gta_sa.set' file in the "User Files" section. The location is C:\Users\(your username)\Documents\GTA San Andreas User File.

Done but it is still showing vedio mod error

Right click on gta_sa.exe, then click properties, then go to compatibility, tick the box that says run this program in compatibility mode for: and choose XP, then apply & ok.

 

If there are two windows XP's then try both.

It Didnt Worked for me , also your first way where is The graphics card control pannel ?

how to check that ?

Then isn't it pretty obvious that Windows 10 is the cause of the problem? It's most likely that Windows 10 is not yet stable for SAMP/GTA:SA.

 

Try running SAMP in Windows 7/8 Compatibility Mode.

You should know what graphics driver you have, or what it's called, it seems like you'll have to change your windows anyway.
