Problemă tastatură

Salut,am și eu o problemă cu tastatura câteodată când mă joc pur și simplu nu mai merge se stinge ledurile și nu mai funcționează.. Rețin am tastatură prin USB. 

Am Windows 10 cu licență cumpărat nu l-am mai schimbat din anul 2017 pentru că am încercat odată dar când bag Disc-ul îmi spune că windows-ul nu are nici-o problemă și nu este necesar o reinstalare. 

Am AntiVirus Kaspersky la fel cu licentă cumpărată updates la windows sunt la zi driver iar sunt la zi care ar fii problema ?

I understand that your keyboard stops working suddenly and you have to Log off and Log in to make it work again. 

This issue could have occurred if the “Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power” is selected in the Power Management tab of the keyboard or if there is any 3rd party service is conflicting with system files. 

I suggest you to follow the steps below and see if it helps:

 

Perform Clean Boot

 

A clean boot allows the Windows operating system to launch without any additional programs or services running when you turn the computer on. This allows you to determine if computer issues are caused by a program or service that starts up when you boot the machine. Place the computer in clean boot and check if the issue persists.  Note: After performing the troubleshooting steps for clean boot refer the section “how to reset the computer to start normally after clean boot troubleshooting”.

 Disable “Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power”

 

Follow the steps below and see if it works:

1. Press Windows key + R.
2. Type devmgmt.msc
3. Expand Keyboard category.
4. Right click on the Keyboard listed inside and choose Properties.
5. Click on Power Management tab.
6. Uncheck “allow the computer to turn off this device to save power”.
7. Click OK. 

Clean boot is performed just to make sure that the 3rd party service is not started automatically when you start Windows. You may still start all the programs manually.

Există o oarecare probabilitate ca problama să fie de la tastatură și nu de la sistemul de operare, pe de altă parte să fie de la portul USB. Încearcă în prima fază să schimbi tastatura în alt port USB să vezi dacă problema înca persistă, dacă da, încearcă cu o altă tastatura care știi ca nu îți face probleme, dacă problema nu mai persistă, înseamnă că este tastatura defectă.
