Help! Can't start car! (With engine, fuel and license)

I can't start any car even when I type /engine, nothing happens, the command doesn't come up. I also refilled the car and I have a driving license. Is this a glitch? Please help me!

it`s a bug , i think , it happens to me too , you need to restart your PC or just relog.

It's a lag problem i think, just relog.
