if we use vehicle mods should we get banned ?

No, you can edit your gta3.img like you want (guns/maps/cars/skins..;etc), you're Free. the mods which u get banned for are the cleo mods mostly, not all are allowed. so take care of them specialy at wars or B-Events, if you get caught using mods (Renk/Wallhack/aim/norecoil....etc) during wars/ B-events, you will be banned.

No You will not banned. But you are allowed to use legal mods for changing skins of characters or cars look or maps view... but if u use illegal mods like speed , health mods simply the mods which are Non-rp and and oppose the Rpg life style than u will be banned

Adding skin-vehicle-enb mods, won't get you banned!
I suggest you to take a look at Movie Server's Forum page. You will find a lot of safe mods and tutorials that you can use in RPG Servers.

The mods u're telling me are made but not suitable for game , game crashes again and again because server did not read it and u will receive crash....

 

But i use premier mod to be a BMW shape .... if u want this Pm me i will give u link

if you don't know how to install mod in game then i will tell you , i don't know what mod you download ...

then .

1=> download this mod

2=> close game or /q game

3=> Double click on download and Run

4=> select the location where you want install => where all files of game you have this folder select

5=> this mod's are (Automatic installation) , you mod is auto install

As everyone said,mods for map,cars,speedometer,enb are legal. Regarding your question about the landstalker,I bet there will be mods to make landstalker as a BMW X5.

If you have any doubt regarding the mod whether it's legal or illegal then ask it to the owner of that mod. well i think modifying your cars will not cause a BAN.

@, Bro you won't get banned by just changing the the skin,car,fonts,minimap but don't use any hack like Aimbot which takes place in cleo so they are known as [cleo mods = hacks]so make sure you use only mode and you cna find these kind of mods at any website similar to gta san andreas like [link] but make sure you just download mods not cleo mods but you can also find some special mods which the b-zone server mostly supports on the movie server forum [link] Good Luck ! and have a great day.

This is totally legal and will cause no lag to your game. Good luck installing your mods. I advise you to keep a back-up of GTA folder though,some mods might make you lag and by deleting them you might get some errors.
