Windows 10- Laptopul nu se inchide

Ce problema ai (detalii clare, nu "uitati in screenshot/video)?: Laptopul nu se inchide.

De cat timp aveti problema respectiva ?: 2-3 luni

Daca unii au probleme ca nu li se deschide laptopul, mie nu mi se inchide.

Problema este ca atunci cand ii dau "Shutdown", apare "shutting down..." se inchide, dar ramane beculetul aprins ( led-ul de la "bec" , am 4 led-uri mici, unul cu un "bec" pe el, unul de la baterie, unul de la hard si unul de la wifi)

Cand dau shutdown, toate beculetele se inchid, in afara de cel de la "lumina".

Daca vreau sa pornesc laptopul, dupa ce i-am dat shutdown, nu ma lasa. Ca sa-l pot porni din nou, trebuie sa tin apasat pe butonul power pana se inchide cu adevarat. Dupa ce tin apasat pe butonul power, se inchide si led-ul de la "bec", abia apoi pot porni laptopul.

Nu are legatura cu setariile alea, de la "close the lid", sau power, sau hibernate, sau sleep, pentru ca am incercat toate posibilitatiile.

Intrasem pe internet candva si zicea ca ar fi problema de la placa video, de la driver, sau nu ceva asemanator.

Daca e de la drivere, in safe mode ar trebui sa se inchida normal. Deci, incearca in safe mode ca sa afli daca e de la drivere sau nu.

Ai incercat sa opresti fast-startup?

Cautra "Power options" in Start menu.

Click pe "Choose what the power buttons do"

Dupa pe "Change settings that are currently unavailable"

Sub "shutdown settings" vezi sa fie "Turn on fast startup" debifat.

Incearca sa-l inchizi din CMD, vezi la fel iti face?!

Dani, incearca sa reinstalezi windows. Daca nu se opreste laptopul, deoarece la instalare a dat peste o eruare, si asta la afectat pe el. Tu ii dai comanda sa se opreasca dar el fiind ca are eruare acolo, nu se poate stince si automat ramane aprins.

In newer versions of Windows (8,8.1 and 10) Microsoft has introduced the new method of shutdown, called Hybrid Shutdown. This feature is enabled by default, and it decreases the PC’s shutdown time. Hybrid Shutdown decreases the shutdown time by hibernating the kernel session, instead of completely closing it. When the PC is powered on again, the kernel session is revoked from the hibernation, so it decreases the booting time as well.

 

But besides increasing the performance, Hybrid Shutdown feature may also cause some errors or even prevent Windows from shutting down completely. When this happens, many computers freeze or hang when you try to shut them down, and reason for this is that Hybrid Shutdown is enabled by default. So, logically, to solve this issue, you’ll need to disable this feature. When you disable it, the kernel session won’t be hibernated on shutdown anymore, but it will be completely closed. This might increase the shutting time of your PC, but the problem will definitely be solved.
