GTA V didn't even appear as a product yet, it hasn't been released. And after the singleplayer version appears, I think it will take a while until a multiplayer option comes out, so I recon you'll have to wait a year or maybe more until a multiplayer version for GTA V will be even possible.

 

And I'd recommend you to stop creating threads like this, for your own good, 'cause you will receive warnings from this section's moderator and that won't be good, trust me . Take care!

GTA IV Multiplayer is in Beta Status and will not appear soon and GTA V is not even appear in Singleplayer , Multiplayer will apear by a year or two from the client release so , between 2015 - 2017 maybe , but maybe we will play gta v on multiplayer

GTA V has no multiplayer, I'm not sure you know how hard it is to make a server, servers take around a year to script and perfect them.

There is a long way to go until there will be GTA V multiplayer. Until then, we wait for the singleplayer version.
