Good idea! There should be one english gang, because there are a lot of english members, which wanna be in gang, and its a lot of easyer if they can be togetger in english gang and talk in english.

E idee bună, dar să nu mai bage români în ele, ca în SFSI, să se plângă străinii că nu pot aplica acolo. În cazul în care, această propunere va fi acceptată, să bage HQ-ul în BS / P.C / Angel Pine) (fără să aibă waruri).

 

Sau, exemplu:

 

Adaugă un nou gang (unde doar străinii să aibă loc) iar Kelton mă ascultă şi le bagă gangul undeva în afara oraşelor principale (să zicem P.C). Iar apoi (dacă vrea să le dea şi waruri) să mai adauge încă 2 ganguri pentru (Bay Side + Angel Pine). 4 turfuri / oraş, le ajunge! 12 membrii / facţiune.

 

PS: GÂNDIŢI-VĂ CĂ NICI STRĂINII NU AR FACE AŞA CEVA PE SERVERELE LOR, PENTRU NOI, ROMÂNII!!!

Not this is the idea. At the begining, SF SI full with ENG players but easy thei left and there come alot of RO player who, how you say, speak ENG well but the point is that they are RO. Also whick leader of gang will be agree to left his gang to became an english gang? No-one....so this is an ideea which is very hard to become truth like anti-chat sistem .

 

I think english players should have the right to be leaders too, not only SF SI, but in gangs too, there is no problem cause probably all server players can speak english and if you want gangs/dm and practice your english is the same time, you can join this gang. it's not related with SF SI ba

Why? Take time to read my valid points:

 

1) Language of English

When SF SI was launched, on RPG1, me and DH01 ran the show back then. We got it running and it was top notch, everyone was English, it was the dream we wanted. But soon after we left and other Foreigner Leader's who in my eyes weren't as strong with English itself were promoted issues arrived. Many Foreigners who are from third world countries (I am not being offensive but merely stating the fact) will tend to speak in languages such as: Arabic, Hindi or more. Speaking these other languages would be a massive problem for other members of the faction. When you're in a faction, there's nobody who can just [/report] and get the issue solved with in the moment. Yes, you can PM, but honestly I think it would be too much headache.

 

The only way to solve this language problem as I said is to pick someone who is the strongest in English within this community. And also, picking leaders who will be good these days is incredibly hard. A Leader needs to be: Serious, Non-Bias, Fair, Dedicated, Respectful, Calm and collected. In my opinion, none of us Foreigners are ready for a Leader rank for a Gang. The only players who would be eligible for it I think should be ex-Admin (3+) or Leaders.

 

So, here's an example of players who I think actually are ready for this kind of thing: DH01, Gisele, Krishanu, Carn, Karan, Alex.Bibii. People who know the language of English to a high degree and also are comfortable with interpreting Romanian from others.

 

2) Physically adding the clan

 

As BeyondOwn rightly said, you need to either wipe a mafia or add a new one. Good luck trying to get that one passed by congress . It's hard mate, and I do not see another wipe coming soon. Back in 2011-2012, everytime there was a new Leader (which was so rare), there would be a wipe. Leaders these days are not staying and therefore they stopped wiping to avoid problems. So, you'll have to create some idea for that.

 

3) You must not have personal grudges

 

As the title said and I said earlier about being 'calm'. You can't hold people your enemies if you got Leader. Because you would be a terrible Leader like this and you have to know how to be fair.

4) My advice

 

If you want to prove your a valid 'Leader'. Create a clan with 50 slots, keep it organized, and then prove to the Leadership you can handle such things. It really sounds I am also promoting me and my clan, but I am not, as I don't find gangs appealing anymore.

 

 

 

Good luck with this thing, you'll need a lot of support and persuasion to get this passed. My vote in against for now, nothing personal.

@,anyway we thank you for your vote , this is not a discussions topic so i won't argue with you , i just did what bobo told me to do , a public poll where all the players are free to vote what they want . but i just want to mention that all what you said above is totally personal , you commented on me as a leader of SFSI , i agree with you when you said that my english is not that good , but just remember that even with my medium english i can handle anything in game (leader/admin/helper/good ranks) , i realized many things that you didn't in game , we all know how you act when it is all about your enemy , remember zeek/oldnab and many other persons , i hope that one day you will grow up like what all the people are doing , i will not quote your comments here anymore .
