Ce se întâmplă?

 

Deschid acest anunț pentru a încerca să vă pun la curent cu tot ceea ce se întâmplă pe serverele noastre de sa-mp. Începând cu săptămâna trecută serverele noastre primesc atacuri de tip DDoS (flooduri). Din cauza acestora, conexiunile serverelor către anumiți furnizori de internet sunt blocate pentru că banda pe care o avem e mai mică comparativ cu atacurile pe care le primim. Am încercat să descriu problema fără a folosi prea multe detalii tehnice ca să înțeleagă majoritatea.

 

Așadar dacă serverele vă apar cu 0/0 jucători, atunci trebuie să știți că problema nu e de la voi ci de la noi și e cauzată de floodurile pe care le primim. Tot ceea ce puteți face este să așteptați. Nu are rost să vă reinstalați jocul sau alte lucruri de acest gen.

Ce facem „noi” ca să rezolvăm problema?

 

Înainte de toate vreau să vă informez că adminii, cât și eu, nu avem cum rezolva astfel de probleme. Așadar ar fi util dacă i-ați stresa mai puțin pe admini cel puțin pentru că efectiv aceștia nu au ce să facă.

 

Problema este cunoscută. L-am anunțat în repetate rânduri pe Bobo de ea și a luat legătura cu firma de hosting pentru a găsi o soluție. Săptămâna aceasta, teoretic cel puțin, ar trebui ca firma de hosting să primească niște noi legături mai stabile, cel puțin pe intern (pentru cei care au internet din România). Așadar așteptăm și noi să vedem ce se poate rezolva. Mai mult de atât din păcate nu prea putem face.

 

Ca să înțelegeți mai bine fac o mică analogie. E ca și cum firma cu care voi aveți contract de internet e „atacată” și vouă nu vă mai merge internetul. Tot ce ați putea face ar fi să așteptați ca firma cu care aveți contract să rezolve problema... - SAU -

 

Dacă nici așa nu se rezolvă problema în timp util am să încerc să-l conving pe Bobo să trecem pe un alt host. Credeți-ne că suntem și noi sătui de astfel de probleme. S-ar putea totuși ca un nou host să nu rezolve nici el în totalitate astfel de probleme, dar totuși consider că merită încercat. Atenție, a nu se confunda ce am scris aici cu vreo promisiune că schimbăm hostul. Nu am cum să fac astfel de promisiuni pentru că nu sunt modificări care să țină de mine.

 

Când se rezolvă problema?

 

Pentru cei care ați citit pe sărite, vă rog citiți și ce am scris mai sus. Ne e imposibil știm exact când se rezolvă această problemă deoarece rezolvarea în primă fază trebuie să vină de la firma de hosting. Încercăm să o rezolvăm cât de repede putem. Între timp încercăm să avem și noi răbdare, la fel ca voi, și să nu ne enervăm mai tare.

 

Cum vă terminați rapoartele de activitate?

 

Din moment ce nu toată lumea se poate conecta pe servere, rapoartele de activitate vor fi opționale până când vom reuși să rezolvăm problema sau până când floodurile încetează. Sunteți rugați să vizitați măcar o dată pe zi forumul și panelul serverului de sa-mp pe care jucați pentru a verifica când rapoartele de activitate sunt din nou obligatorii. De regulă anunțăm fie pe forum, fie punem un mesaj în header-ul de pe panel.

 

Când repornim warurile?

 

Warurile au fost și ele oprite la rugămintea voastră deoarece nu toată lumea poate participa la ele, astfel că nu toată lumea are șansă egală de a câștiga un war (fiind în inferioritate sau datorită lagului). Și în cazul acestora nu avem cum să estimăm când le putem reporni. Dorim să le repornim abia după ce reușim să rezolvăm aceste probleme ca să nu vă faceți nervi pentru că vă pică serverul, nu vă puteți conecta sau aveți lag.

 

Nu-mi merge serverul de mai bine de 3 zile. Sunt scos din facțiune?

 

Voi informa liderii cât și adminii ca pe durata acestor probleme să nu demită jucătorii din facțiuni pentru inactivitate neanunțată. Nu toată lumea poate deschide o cerere de inactivitate (membrii noi) sau nu toată lumea vrea să-și irosească cererile de inactivitate acum și vrea să le păstreze pentru alte ocazii. Sunteți rugați să vizitați măcar o dată pe zi forumul și panelul serverului de sa-mp pe care jucați pentru a verifica când se rezolvă această problemă și când trebuie să reintrați pe server pentru a nu fi sancționați pentru inactivitate.

Am făcut acest anunț ca toată lumea să fie la curent cu ceea ce se întâmplă și ceea ce încercăm să facem pentru a rezolva problema. Sper ca acum să nu mai deschideți reclamații pe panel la adresa staffului pentru că nu avem cum rezolva mai repede problema, lucru pe care l-am explicat mai sus. Personal îmi pare sincer rău pentru ceea ce se întâmplă și pentru faptul că nu putem rezolva această problemă mai repede. Știu că unii dintre voi ați vrea să vă jucați liniștiți și să vă distrați și momentan nu puteți face acest lucru. Cei care ne dau flooduri nu realizează că în toată povestea asta jucătorii au de suferit, la fel de mult sau chiar mai mult ca și comunitatea.

What is happening?

 

I am opening this announcement to try to keep you up to date with everything that is happening on our sa-mp servers. From last week our servers began receiving DDoS attacks (floods). Because of this, the connections of some internet providers are blocked because our bandwidth is smaller in comparison with that of the attacker's. I have tried to describe the problem without going into technical details so that the majority of you can understand.

 

So if the servers show up with 0/0 players, then you need to know that the problem is not from you but because of the floods we are receiving. All you can do is wait. It is pointless to reinstall the game or do other such things.

 

We have also posted an announcement on our Facebook page about this problem (unfortunately it is only written in Romanian):

 

 

What are „we” doing to fix the problem?

 

Before everything I wish to inform you that admins, as well as myself, cannot do anything to fix it. Thus it would be useful if you wouldn't stress the admins at least so much because they cannot do a thing about it.

 

The problem is known. I have repeatedly told Bobo about it and he contacted the hosting firm to find a solution. This week, in theory at least, the hosting firm should receive new more stable links, internally at least (those who have internet in Romania). So we are also waiting to see if this gets solved. Unfortunately we cannot do more than that.

 

To understand better I will try to make a small analogy. It is like the internet provider you have a contract with is „attacked” and your internet doesn't work. All you can do is wait for the firm to fix the issue... - OR -

 

If this still doesn't fix the issue in time I will try to convinge Bobo to move to a different host. Believe us that we are sick of such problems. There is also a possibility that a new host does not entirely fix the issues, but I still believe that it is worth a try. Attention, do not confuse what I have written with a promise that we will change the ost. I am not capable of making such promises as these modifications cannot be done by me.

 

When will the problem be solved?

 

For those of you who skipped reading some paragraphs, please read what I have written above. It is impossible for us to know exactly when the problem will be fixed since the initial fix needs to come from the hosting company. We are trying to fix it as soon as possible. In the meantime we are trying to be patient, just like you, without trying to get even agrier.

 

How will you finish your activity reports?

 

Since not everyone can connect to the servers, the activity reports will be optional until we manage to fix the problem or until the flooding stops. You are kindly asked to visit the forum or sa-mp panel at least once a day to check if activity reports are obligatory again Usually we announce this on the forum, or in the header of our panel.

 

When will the wars start?

 

The wars have also been stopped upon your requests because not everyone can participate, thus not everyone has an equal chance of winning the war (having inferior numbers or because of lag). We cannot estimate a time when we will restart them. We wish to restart them only after we manage to fix the problem so that you will not get angry when the server closes connection or you cannot play because of the lag.

 

The server isn't working for me for more than 3 days. Will I be dismissed from my faction?

 

I will inform the leaders as well as the admins that during these problems players should not be dismissed for unannounced inactivities. Not everyone can make an inactivity request (new members) and not everyone wants to waste their inactivity requests and wants to keep them for other occasions. You are asked to vizit the forum or sa-mp panel at least once a day to check if the problem was solved and to see when you need to rejoin the server so you do not get punished for inactivity.

 

Other specifications

 

I have written this announcement so that everyone is up to date with what's happening and what we are trying to do to fix it. I hope that now you will stop making complaints on the panel to the staff because we cannot fix the problem faster, which I have explained above. Personally I am sorry for what is happening and that we cannot fix this issue sooner. I know that some of you want to play and have fun and at this time this isn't possible. I hope that the attackers realize in all this story that players have to suffer because of them, the same or even more as the community.

Îmi pare rău să aud asta, în tot acest timp rivala a "crescut" la loc iar noi suntem intr-o scădere continuă. Este păcat atât de munca ta cât și de a noastră.  Sper sa reușiți intr-un final sa găsiți o soluție.

De ce în SF Taxi pe RPG4 sunt rapoarte obligatorii, dar se da restart la fiecare 5 minute? Cand apuc sa duc un client, poc si restart

Nu o sa mai fie B-Zone, 1000/1000 nici pe 2 servere la un loc. Nu mai este nimic interesant la GM lor. Comparati-l cu celelalte servere. Cum de joaca lumea acolo? Poate BZ are sisteme unice sau restul, dar nu are atractie la jucatori. Update-uri nema, jucatori nema. Cand se faceau update-uri multe 10 din 9 erau vai de capul lor, bug fixuri degeaba. Cand se face un update bun este si ala degeaba. Ascultati mai mult parerea jucatorilor decat pe cea a voastra, ca nu voi jucati pe servere ci ei. R.I.P B-Zone.

Hello kelton, i think that all members won't connect to the game even when they are able to that under the pretext that they can't connect to the server. So they should be kicked from faction and i case they are kicked by wrong they inform the admins by making a post on website or PM on forum to put them back on the server, that's just my opinion and i'm sure you know better than me how to manage the server And By the way, i think you should reduice faction slots if those attacks will remain so faction members won't find difficulties fullfulling their activity reports. I know you are thinking of this fact but we want to know what's your attitude from that.  thanks for reading this post and i hope you take it serious.
