How to create a club in forum ?

I've recently made a clan and i'm wondering how to make a club on forum for my clan? I didn't even know where to begin.

Make a ticket for department Clan/Club Request.

That's not an option. The only one that has access to that is Kelton(And Bobo, but he won't do it.) Kelton will not reply to PMs.

With the category set to Club/Clan Category Request and fill the form. Good luck!
